From 8 am to 6 pm - Soufli and Alexandroupoli (Greece) tour (If there is sufficient participation)

Symposium Format

-Symposium sessions will be held on 2-3 October 2023 as hybrid (face-to-face and online).
- All of the papers and presentations will be prepared in English, but the language of presentation may be English or Turkish.
-Participants paying the registration fee will have access to all virtual and regular presentation talks in each session, as well as online participants will be able to visit the virtual poster hall through the participant ID and codes provided in advance.
- Posters will be prepared in the format specified in the spelling rules, sent by e-mail and presented on electronic poster boards in the form of e-posters.
- Each participant who registers by paying the participation fee can present 2 papers at the symposium.
- All times mentioned in the program are in the Türkiye time zone.

Sempozyum Formatı

-Sempozyum oturumları 2-3 Ekim 2023 tarihlerinde hibrit (yüzyüze ve online) olarak yürütülecektir.
-Bildirilerin ve sunumların tamamı İngilizce hazırlanacak, ancak sunum dili İngilizce veya Türkçe tercih edilebilecektir.
-Kayıt ücreti ödeyen katılımcılar, her oturumda tüm sanal ve normal sunum konuşmalarına erişebilecek, ayrıca çevrimiçi katılımcılar önceden sağlanan katılımcı kimliği ve kodları aracılığıyla sanal poster salonunu ziyaret edebileceklerdir.
- Posterler yazım kurallarında belirtilen formatta hazırlanıp e-mail ile gönderilecek ve e-poster şeklinde elektronik poster panolarında sunulacaktır.
-Katılım ücreti ödeyerek kayıt yaptıran her bir katılımcı sempozyumda 2 bildiri sunabilir.
-Programda belirtilen tüm saatler Türkiye saat dilimindedir.
